Withdrawal

Please note that you can only withdraw funds from your trading account to a bank account held under your name. KVB is unable to facilitate funds transfers to or from third party accounts.

Are there any fees for deposits?

While KVB does not apply charges, your bank card provider, bank or payment gateway may apply a transaction fee or commission that is beyond our control.
How long does it take for deposits to be credited to the account?

What deposit methods does the platform offer, and how can I deposit?

KVB offers various deposit methods to cater to different customer needs, including bank transfer, and USDT deposits. To proceed, login to Client Area, select "Funds", click on "Deposit," choose the desired deposit channel, input the transfer amount, and receiving trading account to proceed with the payment.

How long does it take for withdrawals to be processed?

Withdrawals are typically processed within 2 hours. However, for large withdrawal amounts, there might be some delays depending on the Request time and the bank's processing time. The actual duration for interbank transfers will apply.
Can I submit a withdrawal request immediately after the deposit is credited to my account?

A waiting period of 24 hours is required after making a deposit before you can initiate a withdrawal.
What should I do if the withdrawal shows successful, but the funds have not arrived in my bank account?
