1. Who is eligible to participate in the program?
All approved IBs (including new and existing) will be automatically enrolled in the Program without the need to apply.
NCIBs (Non-Commission IBs) are not eligible to participate.
2. How are the rewards calculated?
The program is evaluated based on the following two core criteria:
New Qualified Clients: Clients who, during the campaign period, successfully open an account, deposit at least USD 100, and complete at least one real trade (opening a position).
Cumulative Valid Trading Volume: The total trading volume from the above qualified clients during the campaign period, based on closed non-stock trades with a holding time of at least 3 minutes per order.
Note: Only clients directly referred by you will be counted. Trading activity from indirect referrals will not be included.
3. Can I unlock multiple reward levels?
Yes, you can unlock and claim multiple reward levels throughout the campaign period based on your performance. Each level can only be claimed once.
4. Can I exchange the rewards for cash?
Yes, some selected physical rewards offer a cash alternative. If you choose this option, the corresponding amount will be credited to your rewards balance.
5. How do I receive my rewards?
Once the conditions are met, Partners can submit an application on the event page. KVB will complete the review within 7–10 business days. After approval, the reward will be credited to the reward balance or a physical item will be shipped to the recipient.
