IMPORTANT UPDATES: Higher Margin Requirements (HMR) and Weekend Risk Management Mechanism

Effective April 24, 2026 (Friday), to manage market volatility risks and ensure the security of your trading, the company will implement the following risk control measures for specific trading instruments and positions.

1. Higher Margin Requirements (HMR)

To effectively manage market volatility risks and ensure the security of your transactions, our company will implement a "Higher Margin Requirement" (HMR) policy for specific trading instruments during specific periods.

HMR Periods (Server Time UTC+3):

• Monday to Thursday: 22:00 – 01:30
• Friday to the next Monday: Friday 21:00 – the next Monday 01:30

During the HMR periods, any new net positions (including new openings and net positions resulting from unhedged/unlocked trades) will be subject to HMR. The effective leverage for these positions will be reduced proportionally.

Affected Instruments & HMR Multipliers:

(Note: If the HMR multiplier is 10, the margin required for that new net position will increase 10 times, effectively reducing the leverage to 1/10 of the original.)

2. Weekend Closing Margin and Liquidation Rules

To mitigate the risks associated with market gaps during weekend closures and to further protect your account funds, our company will implement the following mechanisms for accounts holding positions over the weekend.

Please ensure that your account Margin Level remains at 100% or above when the market closes every Friday. If your account Margin Level is below 100% after Friday’s close, the system will automatically trigger the liquidation process. Positions will be partially or fully closed automatically according to system settings until the Margin Level returns to 100% or above.

Important Notice: From 21:00 on Friday to 01:05 on Monday (UTC+3), withdrawals and transfers will be temporarily unavailable for accounts with open positions. Accounts without open positions will not be affected.

3. Reminder & Risk Warning

Please monitor your account’s free margin and margin level closely. If you plan to trade these instruments or unlock positions during HMR periods, ensure sufficient funds are available to avoid a Stop Out triggered by the sudden increase in margin requirements.

If you plan to hold positions over the weekend, please make financial arrangements in advance to ensure sufficient funds are available, avoiding liquidation triggered by the weekend settlement.
